If you are managing Fortnox projects, you can integrate them with Upsales.
This feature is available in the Fortnox Premium app only.
Activating sync Fortnox projects
- Click Settings → Fortnox Premium
- Under Extra fält, turn on Synkronisera projekt and click Save:
When you save, Upsales creates a custom field called Fortnox Project on companies and on orders.
Where can projects be synchronized?
Projects can be synchronized on Companies and Orders.
Is it possible to create projects within Upsales?
No. Create the project in Fortnox, then enter its project ID in Upsales.
How do you select which project to associate with a Company or Order within Upsales?
Enter the Fortnox project ID in the Fortnox Project field on the company or the order. If the order's field is empty, the order uses the company's project when it is sent to Fortnox.
Is it possible to synchronize the project name?
Only the project ID will be synchronized; the name will not be synced.
