The different stages show the progress of your opportunities.
Each stage reflects the probability of a lead becoming a sale:
- Fallback (5% probability)
- Prospect 1 (25%)
- Prospect 2 (50%)
- Verbal agreement (90%)
- Closed order (100%)
In the sales board, columns are organised by the probability of an Order, with the lowest probability on the left.
You can choose which roles can assign a particular stage to a business opportunity/order.
You can add multiple and custom Sales boards
Under settings > Pipeline > Opportunity stages you can change the name of the stages or create completely new ones to customize your sales board and opportunities after your needs.
To delete a single stage, hover over the column. A trash can will appear that you can click on. You will then receive a warning message that you must confirm before removal.
