The Sales board stages show the progress of your opportunities.
Each stage reflects the probability of a lead becoming a sale:
- Fallback (5% probability)
- Prospect 1 (25%)
- Prospect 2 (50%)
- Verbal agreement (90%)
- Closed order (100%)
Columns are organised by the probability of an Order, with the lowest probability on the left.
You can choose which roles can assign a particular stage to a business opportunity/order.
You can also choose how many stages you have, but only some of them will appear on the Sales board. Please contact us if this is something you want to change.
To delete a single stage, hover over the column. A trash can will appear that you can click on. You will then receive a warning message that you must confirm before removal.
Note, however, that you can not delete a stage that has business opportunities or sales associated with it.
