Installing the app
API key and domain
You will need to get hold of your accounts API key from 3(MiTel) and add that to your app settings as well as your domain. The API key also needs to have call control access.
The app is activated on a per-user-basis. Each user can activate and configure the app in their settings. You need to get hold of your 3FrontOffice user ID and add that to your settings. You find the user ID by opening your softphone and click settings.
