Integrate Dropbox to access stored documents from company cards.
To use the Dropbox app, each user must activate the Dropbox app in their own profile settings.

Other users who view the Company card can only view the attached Dropbox documents if they also have access to that Dropbox folder.
Administrators: How to activate the Dropbox app for all users
After you activate the Dropbox app, users can then activate and start using the app.
- Click Settings → App directory:
- From the Apps list, click the Dropbox icon:
- On the Dropbox screen, click Activate:
- Click Accept Terms.

Once your administrator has activated the app for your company, you can activate the app in your user account.
- Click Settings → App directory:
- In the navigation bar to the left, under My Profile, click Dropbox:
- On the Dropbox screen, click Activate:
- Click Accept Terms
Connecting the Dropbox app
Once activated, users need to connect their Dropbox account to Upsales.
- To connect Dropbox account, click Click to connect button on the Dropbox app screen:
- On the next screen, click Continue when asked to trust the app.
- If you're already logged in to Dropbox, click Allow to allow Upsales access to your Dropbox account. Otherwise, sign in to your Dropbox account.
- Once you've connected your account, you'll see the "Connected" message on the Dropbox app screen:
Connecting a Dropbox folder to a Company
Once you have activated and connected your Dropbox account, you can connect a Dropbox folder to any Company in Upsales.
- Open the Documents tab of the Company Card and click the Dropbox icon:
- Click Choose from Dropbox:
- Locate the folder you want to connect to the company:
- Now any files uploaded to this folder, from Dropbox, can be accessed in Documents on the Company Card.
Disconnecting a Dropbox folder
If you need to change which folder is attached to a Company card, you can disconnect it and re-connect a different one.
