Credits are automatically added to your Upsales account every month. There are different types of credits used for buying company information, sending emails, ad impressions and two-factor-authentification (2FA) text messages.
New credits each month: 4,000 per user (credits shared amongst all users in account)
How to add credits: Contact Upsales Support
Used by: Email campaigns, One-to-one emails, Automatic flow emails
Buying company information (Bisnode, Vainu, etc)
New credits each month: 0
How to add credits:
- Make sure you are an administrator for your account
- Click Settings → Account → Billing
- Scroll down to the Credits section
- Click "Add Bisnode credits"
Used by: Adding companies to Upsales with business data (Bisnode, Vainu, etc), and to find new prospects
Advertising
New credits each month: 0
How to add credits: Contact Upsales Support
Used by: Upsales Advertising
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
New credits each month: 100 per user
How to add credits: Contact Upsales Support
Used by: Secure Upsales log in by 2FA
Credits are shared amongst users in your account
For example, your Upsales account has 10 users. Every month each user receives 100 2FA login credits. The total disposable amount between your users is then 1,000 credits.
