When you add a new contact to a company, Upsales automatically suggests their email address.
You'll need at least one contact with an email address from the company.
This is done by looking at existing contacts and their email address structure. For example, firstname.lastname@organisation.com.
Add the first name and last name, and Upsales will make a suggestion in the email field:
If the email address already exists, Upsales will alert you to a potential duplicate:
You'll need to either:
- Change the email address you're adding
- Click View contacts with this email and change the other contact's email address
