A: Yes, you can. The contacts you'd like to merge need to belong to the same company (here's how to merge companies).
- Go to the contact you'd like to be the primary contact.
- Click more -> Merge with another contact
- Choose your secondary contact
- Click the merge contacts button
- You're done!
