A: Go to settings in your Upsales account > click Account > AI personalization > click on the Notetaker and make sure that your user has permission to use the agent. If the "Filter by user" toggle is unchecked the notetaker applies to every user. If the toggle is checked but no users selected, the notetaker will apply to no users. Also make sure that the calendar integration is active in your account and that there is a meeting link in the appointment. The notetaker will join 5 minutes prior to the meeting start time.
