Custom objects is a feature for when you need to add supplementary information within Upsales.
For example, maybe you lease an item as well as sell it. You may need a way to separate the two in your company cards.
How to add a custom object
- Contact us to request the custom objects add-on
- This now appears under Settings → Account → Custom objects:
- Give your custom object a name and click to choose where it'll be connected:
- Depending on your choice in Step 3, your custom object now appears when you click +Add in the company card, contact card, or campaign card:
