Managing shared lists

Users can create new views of their lists and share them with other users and roles. As the administrator, you can manage those shared views.

To manage shared views, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Settings → CRM → Shared lists:

  2. This opens your shared lists, with list name, who it's shared with, and owner:

  3. Hover over a list and the edit icon appears:

  4. This shows the users and roles with list access and ownership. To change ownership, hover over a name and click Make Owner:
