You can exclude all sales in a stage from your sales figures by turning on the "Exclude" toggle for that stage. Administrators set this per stage.
- Go to Settings → Pipeline → Opportunity stages.
- Click the stage you want to exclude.
- Turn on Exclude and click Save. The stage is now marked Excluded in the list.
When this is activated, all sales in that stage will be excluded from the:
- Sales board target charts (Left to target) when the sales board shows Total order value, One-off or Contribution margin. When it shows ARR or MRR, these sales are still counted.
- Sales tab on the customer cards
- Forecast
- Standard dashboards in Report centre
- Account growth columns Sales 12m, Growth 12m, CM 12m and CM growth 12m
