The contact card works in many ways as the company card and gives you a comprehensive overview of all the information that's available.
The smart-tabs in the top part of the page varies depending on the information inside. The tabs will indicate if you have over-due activities, show the sum of your yearly revenue and the number of marketing score for the current contact. Clicking these one's takes you to a detailed view of that entity.
A smart-tab is only visible if there's information inside to view, so if there have never been any opportunities on the company the tab is not going to be visible.
This is a way to get a quick overview of the latest things that have happened. If you have any activities or appointments planned with this contact it will be displayed on top of the historical events.
The historical events include all sales related things as well as the marketing events. Use the filter buttons to narrow down the events in the timeline.
Did you know: Clicking a row in the timeline will show you more detailed info about that specific event.
The left side contains information like where the contact work, contact information, related things like segments, campaigns, and your custom fields. This information is always visible where ever you are inside the contact card.
To edit the contact, click the edit icon at the top right corner of the page. There you can also choose to mail the contact.
