The Home tab of the Company is shown by default when entering a company or by selecting the Home icon at the top left of the Company card.
The Home tab gives you an overview of everything that's happened with that company. It displays any open or planned activities and a history of activities, appointments, opportunities, sales or marketing events for that company:

Click the tab and you'll see a list of planned activities.
Click an activity to expand and see more details:
The History timeline section
This section shows everything that's happened with the company like activities, appointments, opportunities, sales or marketing events.
The tabs next to History show how many of each item are included in this company’s timeline. Select the filter button to only show those items on the timeline.
Select a row in the company history to expand the view. Select an underlined link to open the related item.
