You can select leads or customers in the contact list and send them an email from Upsales. Each contact receives their own copy of the email.
- Click Sales & CRM → Companies & contacts → Contacts tab:
- Click the Filter icon:
- Click Journey:
- Click the box next to choose the status of lead type or customer:
- To select all contacts, tick the multi-select box. You can send an email to at most 100 contacts at a time. With more than 100 selected, Send email is unavailable.
- Click Send email and you can now create an email for the chosen contacts. Contacts without a valid email address are left out, and each email address is added once.
To email up to 1000 contacts, select them and click Send email campaign instead.
