How to send emails to leads or customers

You can send emails as part of campaigns from within Upsales.

  1. Click Sales & CRM → Companies & contacts → Contacts tab:

  2. Click the Filter icon:

  3. Click Journey:

    journey.png
     
  4. Click the box next to choose the status of lead type or customer:

  5. To select all contacts, tick the multi-select box:

  6. Click Send email and you can now create an email for the chosen contacts:
