No, because not every email client supports custom fonts.
That's why custom fonts and Google fonts can only be used with forms and landing pages. They can't be used in emails or documents, and they are not listed on the Emails & documents tab of Typography.
However, you can customise email typography in your company profile: the Emails & documents tab offers a set of web-safe fonts.
