A: You can send as many e-mail campaigns as you like to the number of unique contacts in your tier. For example, if you have up to 499 contacts in your tier there is no limit to the amount of e-mails you can send to them monthly. But if you want to send to 500 contacts you will level up a tier. You can se your tier in your billing portal.
