- After activating the Subscription product, click Sales & CRM → Subscriptions → Create subscription:
- Enter the subscription details: Company, Contact, User, Related company (the subscription will be added to this company based on your ERP integration), Description (shown on orders), Order stage, Campaign
- Click Next step Scheduling & products
- Set the subscription scheduling by clicking the dropdowns:
- Enter the product information
- Enter any information that's needed from any custom fields you may have created
- Upsales gives you a chart-based overview of the subscription:
- You can also plan a future change, either during the subscription or at renewal time:
- You can now switch between the current subscription and the planned change and make edits:
- Click Save subscription and the subscription now appears in your active subscription list:
