Keep everyone updated with real-time messages from Upsales directly in Microsoft Teams. Send notifications for closed orders, opportunities or booked appointments. You can also trigger notifications based on stages or appointment types.

How to activate Microsoft Teams in Upsales
- Click Settings → App Directory:
- Click Microsoft Teams:
- Click Activate:
- Click Accept terms
- Now it's time to connect your Microsoft Teams account. Click the Click to connect button:
- You may need to login to Teams to complete the connection. When that's done, you'll get redirected to Upsales with a connection confirmation:

Order notifications
Toggle order notifications to be notified when an opportunity turns into an order, or when an order is created in the order stage.
You can choose at which stages notifications should be triggered. Click in the field to view and select – or leave blank to receive notifications for all stages:
Order notification trigger criteria
- Notifications trigger is enabled
- Opportunity is converted to an order
- Order is directly created in the order stage
- Order has a value
- Order has a client
- User hasn't already been notified
- Order close date is current day
Opportunity notifications
Toggle opportunity notifications to be notified when an opportunity is created.
You can choose at which stages notifications should be triggered. Click in the field to view and select – or leave blank to receive notifications for all stages:
Opportunity notification trigger criteria
- Notify opportunities trigger is enabled
- Created in a configured stage
- Opportunity has a value
- Opportunity has a client
- Opportunity's registration time is the same as the modification time
Appointment notifications
Toggle to receive a notification when an appointment is created.
You can choose at which stages notifications should be triggered. Click in the field to view and select – or leave blank to receive notifications for all stages:

- Notify appointments trigger is enabled
- Appointment has a client
- Appointment date has not passed
