You can set a custom field as required for a specific stage in your sales process.
For example, assigning a reference number when a deal goes over 50% probability.
Upsales will then ask for the required information before the opportunity can change on your Sales board.
Note: To set advanced field rules activate the Advanced order Logic add-on
- Click Settings → CRM → Fields:
- Create a new field or edit an existing field.
- Toggle off the Always required:
- Click the Required on stages dropdown to choose when the field is required:
- Select Save.
