To get an even better overview of your data, the Report centre includes many filters for you to drill down.
Whether you use the Upsales pre-built dashboards or create your own by adding widgets, different filters appear based on what you're reporting.

You can also build dashboards that exclude data (for all dimensions except custom fields). After choosing your dashboard, click the Exclude selected toggle:
Account Managers
Appears in dashboard: Sales
Click the Account managers tab to search and filter the users you've assigned as company account managers:
Appointment types
Appears in dashboard: Appointments
Click the Appointment types tab to search and filter the appointments, including any custom types you've set up:
Campaigns
Appears in dashboard: Sales, Pipeline, Activities, Appointments
Click the Campaigns tab to search and filter your sales campaigns and new campaigns:
Company categories
Appears in dashboard: Sales
Click the Company categories tab to search and filter by the categories of company:
Currency
Appears in dashboard: Sales
Click the Currency tab to search and filter by your master currency and any sub-currencies you've added:
Note: This will not display your sales in another currency. It will only display all the sales and opportunities created in the filtered currencies.
Date
Appears in dashboard: Sales, Pipeline, Activities, Appointments
- Click the Date tab to view options for drilling down between week, month, quarter, or year
- Click the time period, whether you want to view past, present, or future performance:
- You also have the option to switch between fixed (static) intervals, and ongoing (rolling) intervals. Click the Static intervals/Rolling intervals tab and then choose between week, month, quarter, year or 5 years:
Opportunity stages
Appears in dashboard: Sales, Pipeline
Click Opportunity stages to search and filter your potential orders, based on the stage an opportunity is at:
Products
Appears in dashboard: Sales, Pipeline
Click the Products tab to search and filter by the products you've added:
Users
Appears in dashboard: Sales, Pipeline, Activities, Appointments
Click the Users tab to search and filter by Users or Roles:
Use cases
Select as many filters as you want, to go as granular as you want. For example:
- Sales
Add a date filter to view a user's sales campaign performance for the current year, and then add a date filter to compare it to the previous year - Pipeline
Add a date filter to view your pipeline for the current quarter, then add a product filter to discover which products are contributing to the current quarter's pipeline
- Activities
Add a date filter to view which activities are planned for the next month, then add a user filter and a campaign filter to discover which user has activities planned for each campaign
- Appointments
Add a user filter and an appointment filter to discover whether a user has the right balance of appointments, from first to booked and completed.
Saving & sharing filtered lists
Click the dropdown and then click Save list to save or share a list:
You can also use the multi-select to update your filtered data. Tick the box at the top of your data:
