- Open the contact card or company card and click the Support tab:
- You can now view and click open and closed tickets:
- Users with Customer Support licences can also edit and respond to tickets from the company card or contact card

- Open an appointment, phone call, opportunity, or order
- Check under the Support ticket heading (below shows where to view in an opportunity)
