How to view support tickets related to a company or contact

Permission needed:
Customer Support access
Invite required
Waiting list

Need to prepare for a meeting with a contact or company? You can check if they have any open or closed support tickets.

This article covers:

  • How to check using contact cards or company cards
  • How to check using appointments, phone calls, opportunities, or orders

How to check using contact cards or company cards

  1. Open the contact card or company card
  2. Click the Support tab:

  3. You can now view and click open and closed tickets:

    open.png

  4.  Users with Customer Support licences can also edit and respond to tickets from the company card or contact card

How to check using appointments, phone calls, opportunities, or orders

  1. Open an appointment, phone call, opportunity, or order
  2. Check under the Support ticket heading
  3. Here's where to view in an opportunity:

  5. Click Open or Closed to view support ticket details
