How to segment and target recipients who aren't opening your emails.
There are two options:
Option 1: From inside the email campaign
- Click Sales & CRM → Emails
- Click the dropdown to find the sent emails campaign:
- View contacts who didn't open your emails by looking at the OPENED/CLICKED column:
- Contact has opened the email
- Contact has opened and clicked a link inside of the email

Contact has opened the email, clicked a link and filled out a form
- Tick the box next to each contact you want to send your email to. Or click the box next to DATE to select all:
- Click Send email campaign:
Option 2: From Segments → Flows
This option requires you to:
- Send your email campaign from a Flow
- Have templates for your first and follow-up email already designed
- Click Marketing → Segments → open a Segment
- Click Create flow:
- Name the flow, define segment and timing, then click Start editing:
- Click the + sign:
- Click Action:
- Click Send email:
- Choose the template and the subscription type:
- Click the + and choose Behaviour:
- Choose Email opened:
- Choose how many days recipients have to open the email:
- You'll see two paths appear: Yes and No:
- Under No, click Action → Send email:
- That's it! Your Flow will now send your email campaign to everyone included in the segment and then send an additional email campaign to the ones that didn't open the first one:
