The Company card includes tabs to view additional details. These tabs only display if there is additional information included for that area:
The Contacts tab
The Contacts tab shows the total number of contacts associated with this company.
Select the Contacts tab to view the list of contacts for the selected company. You can sort the contacts list alphabetically or by relevance:
Select a contact to open that contact card. You can also edit or delete a contact from this view using the icons to the right of the contact in the list.
The Activities tab
The Activities tab shows the number of activities for this company. Delayed activities are shown in red.
Select the Activities tab to view the list of open activities and activity history for this company:
Select an activity to open it for editing. You can move, complete or delete an activity using the icons to the right of a listed activity.
The Opportunities tab
The Opportunities tab shows the sum of opportunity values assigned to this company for the last 12 months. Missed opportunities are shown in red.
Select the Opportunities tab to view the list of active and lost opportunities for this company:
Select an opportunity to open it for editing. You can create a document or delete an opportunity using the icons to the right of a listed opportunity.
The Sales tab
The Sales tab shows the sum of subscriptions or sales for this company in the last 12 months.
Select the Sales tab to view the list of sales for this company, with a graph at the top that can be filtered for the Year, Month, User or Stage:
Select a sale to open it for editing. You can create a document or delete a sale using the icons to the right of a listed sale.
The Marketing tab
The Marketing tab shows the company's total marketing lead score.
Select the Marketing tab to view a chart that shows 3 months or 12 months for marketing events or lead score.
Note that events with no marketing score are hidden by default (for example, a contact visits a web page with a lead score of 0). You can show these items by selecting the gear icon at the top of the Marketing tab view. Select Include marketing events with zero score.
Below the chart, you can view the company's Contacts sorted on marketing score.
Under the contacts, you can see the individual Marketing events for this company. You can use the buttons to the right of the Marketing events section title to filter the list of marketing events by Form, Sent emails, Web visits and Other marketing events.
Select a marketing event to expand it for additional details.
The Documents tab
The Documents tab shows the number of files that have been uploaded for the company, such as price lists, agreements, etc.
Select the Documents tab to view the list of documents for this company:
Select a document to download it. You can delete a document using the icon on the right of a listed document.
The Relations tab
The Relations tab shows the number of relations for this company, as well as the Company group, if applicable.
Select the Relations tab to view the list of relations and the company group for this company:
Select a relation to open the related company card. You can edit or delete a relation using the icons to the right of a listed relation.
For Upsales users in the Nordic countries, you can also work with company groups.
